"The elevator was broken. The television was broken. No one came to fix the TV until the next day. They said they would bring a new remote and they never came was up all night didn’t see him until the next day. The TV technician that came was very nice and he was able to fix the TV. The coffee was cold and the bagel was frozen. Horrible stay."

"We werein town for one night for the Brandon Lake concert and I think this hotel was a wise choice. Breakfast was good and we felt welcomed by staff. Only minor complaint is that we were given a handicap room which is fine but the way the shower drain was, caused water to get everywhere in the bathroom floor. This could definitely be considered a hazard for someone with a handicap. "
