"We stayed for one night and checked in about 11pm from a very hectic journey but instead of having a peaceful sleep to rejuvenate for the next day’s activities, we were working up by Kirtan playing loudly on a speaker for about three hours, which we were informed later that it was being broadcast live from Harmindar Sahib I think the hotel management need to be mindful of guests who may not want to hear this in the early hours of the morning especially when they have booked a luxury hotel for a relaxed stay."

"The overall stay was good, we had all the useful amenities and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to arrange cabs and they had a free shuttle to the Golden temple. However cleanliness could have been better, it's a dated hotel on the inside and so surfaces looked old and unclean. There needs to be more attention to detail when cleaning or prepping a room. We loved that there was a beautiful mall right next to the hotel at walkable distance."

"Food was poor. Amritsari fish was deep fried with a dark brown crust (as if fried 3-4 times). Chicken was served cold and had to send it back to get it warmed up. Did not order mains after this experience."

"Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff."
