However, the true test of a hotel is not just everything being perfect, but how they handle it when something goes wrong. The staff here blew us away with their response. They took ownership after understanding the situation, handled it with incredible professionalism, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make things right. It is rare to see this level of genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction. Recommend highly."
