The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash the towels.
Open the grill if used.
Turn the spa to 80 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

-Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay - A fine of $100 per stay for unregistered pet.
-The backyard is fenced, but small pets should not be left outside unattended due to possibility of wild animals.
-Pets can not get on beds and sofas. $100 extra cleaning cost will apply if we find hair on beds or sofa. -Please pick up after our dog.
