"I liked but didn’t love the stay at this hotel . Things we liked : clean, spacious, having a washer, nice and walkable center. I didn’t like the fact that we had trouble with the hot water the first day and night and, overall, I expected more from a 5 star hotel ( daily room keeping ?! ). Probably we won’t return as we really loved the 4 star place we stayed before but they were booked when we decided to stay longer so we had to find another hotel. "

"The hotel is right in the middle of the royal mile and within walking distance to many sites such as Edinburgh castle, shops and restaurants. It was a bit noisy at night but the hotel provided ear plugs if need be. Would stay here again "

"Perfect location right on the Royal Mile, everything we wanted to sew was within walking distance. Lovely check-in staff, could not have been more helpful. Clothes washing machine broken so staff organised a laundry pick-up and drop-off for us for free. Apartment was basically clean, but floors were dirty (needed a vacuum or good sweep). 1 of the 3 TVs didn't work at all, 1 didnt work properly (coax cable bent so signal dropped in and out constantly), but the other (in the bedroom) worked...

"The property was in a quiet area close to all the places we wanted to go and with a wonderful park nearby. The staff were amazing and able to help with all our needs. The only issue I had was the worn furniture and the scratches on the wood floors. "

"When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone was already in the property. Spoke to Nicki who sorted it quickly and even took the time to bring us an extra towel. The property is conveniently located but is in need of some TLC. Not much to sort it out. The shower is terrible either too hot or too cold"
