"Was in one room ...AC not working. Moved to 5th floor....dirty carpet, stained tub.....and NO ac Maintenance came to check...apparently coming out of vent but much much warmer in sleeping area. Was told it should get cooler let it go for awhile. Baloney....i found more reviews..looks like this is ..."

"Great location to downtown and riverwalks. Right next to a park allowed for a quite location without traffic noise. Small studio but had everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable and the AC and fan made it very comfortable. Host was so responsive to questions and was very flexible."
