The grounds are beautiful and being close to Market Harborough is a real plus, as it is a lovely town. The loft has a fantastic kitchen and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. "For some odd reason, the Vrbo app was giving us the wrong address when we selected "Get Directions". The host contacted us and gave us the correct address right away. Other than that, it was a nice clean place to stay for a few nights."

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable.
