"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "

"We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again."

"Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. Unfortunately we encountered many issues. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. When we asked the member of staff for a fan, she tutted at me; explained it’s our fault we didn’t bring...

"If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."

"This is a subdivided residential unit. It's small and does not have a table for eating. We found that it was missing some basic amenities like bedding for the second bed, hand soap and tea towels. "Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"
