"Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. "Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? "

"This house was perfect for 13 adults (we got cozy), tons of room for all and the backyard was excellent for hanging out. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook and grill out. Only issue was landscaping on the outside patio. Lots of weeds and grass was overgrown. Besides that, great place to stay."

"My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. "The house is great! You might think it is small because of only 1 bedroom but with the twin trundle bed pulled out we had plenty of room. Didnt even have to put the beds back in in the morning. There was 4 of us and 2 small dogs. My only suggestion for inside house would be a more comfy couch and seating for when you want to come in and relax after a long day out on adventures.
