"There are too many flies around the restaurants and food in the red level lounge. This needs to be addressed. The hotel is beautiful though but this fly issue was off putting. My wife didn’t consume any food in the red level lounge for this reason."

The facilities all very nice, room very clean, staff very friendly, shuttle service to and from airport very reliable, their restaurants good food and service. The only thing that could be improved is the orange juice during breakfast time. I will definitely go to back to Salles Hotel. Thanks"

"When I arrived at the hotel one of the lifts were out of service and when it was fixed the other lift was out of service in other words one lift is not sufficient for such a large hotel. A swimming pool and a gymnasium were advertised and both were being refurbished, not good enough it was the main reason why I picked this hotel The Euro hotel internet was hacked and my personal information was out there for every crook to see, so far I have received two messages claiming to be from the Eurohotel asking for money, I will not be staying at this hotel again,"
