- Villa Rosa a lovely modern 6 bedroom villa conveniently situated 15 minutes drive from the stylish coastal resort of sitges and only 35 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona. Located in the heart of the Penedes region of Catalonia famous for its wine production, the villa is located among vineyards, stunning mountain scenery and the garraf national park.An ideal base to explore the region, for its many activities such as cycling, hiking, horse riding and of course wine tasting. Alternatively the villa is only minutes from the 17 secluded beaches and coves of sitges and its buzzing night life. The villa has accommodation over 2 levels which can be let as a whole of individually and has every facility to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday ; 6 bedrooms sleeping 12/13 max, a large private pool south facing gardens for secluded sun bathing, (pool alarm included) garden barbecue, sun loungers, terraces, 2 lounges and dinning rooms, 2 fully fitted kitchens and utility room.
