"Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including the mattress. The room had a sitting area, a large bathroom with tub and shower, and a bedroom. Great modern design and thoughtful touches were evident throughout the room. The breakfast in the hotel lobby restaurant was delicious. Try the coffee machine that gives you ample choices as well as the Iberian ham, in addition to the fresh squeezed orange juice. Great hotel, great location, in a great city. You must experience this hotel!"

Barceló Raval

"The Bracelo Raval was a short ride from the cruise terminal. The hotel was unique with its shape and decorating, but it was clean, with amazing views. The staff were accommodating to store our luggage until our room was ready. The location to the tourist sites; the amazing Market, Gothic Quarter and the Hop on and Off Bus was convienent, however the surrounding streets were not ideal to be in after dusk. The area the hotel was located in was not the cleanest and seem to be home to a different crowd of people than we were used to. We were grateful for the morning buffet breakfast. It was an exceptional way to start the day. Our evening meal was lovely with live music. The rooftop terrace was amazing. The pool and the view do give this hotel bonus points. It was exceptional to see the city from the 11th floor. It was also nice to see how well visited this rooftop was used. Although parts of the stay we rated as 5 star, the location of the hotel for me had to lower the over all stay to a 4 star. The Barcelo Raval was an overal nice hotel to end our holiday in Europe."
