"We stayed in the hotel for a week. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and fit for all the family. The place and the view are amazing, 100m. from the main attraction - the rock park. The only thing that need to be improved is the room service. The was cleaned only once and we didn't have shampoo/soap the last few days. In the evening, nobody is able to help and the reception is not working."

"We were called by reception at 6pm the day of check-in and told we had to be there within the next hour or so because they were closing reception. This was not clear in the booking info, so be aware they close early. The hotel itself is in a peaceful area, the breakfast was excellent, and the property is centrally located and you can easily walk to the central promenade, which is nice. However, the apartment we stayed in, despite looking new and nice on first glance, seemed to be missing basic amenities like a hair dryer and sufficient soap for the guests. In addition, the sofa bed wasn't made when we arrived and we had to do it ourselves - not the end of the world, but for the price we paid it was rather disappointing, considering this was done in every other place we stayed in Poland. We stayed in several spa town hotels in the area, and personally I wouldn't come back to this one. It's nice enough, but there are others in the area which I feel give more value for money and have more professional, accommodating staff."
