"When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good. "

The hotel staff, from check in to housekeeping, were super friendly and warm - even though we struggled with our Spanish. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in La Seu D.Urgell. "We had the most lovely time in Aramunt, peaceful but with lots of water activities at the lake nearby so the children had a lovely mix of rest time and fun things to do. The villa was excellent, a very well stocked kitchen and the air-conditioning was most welcome to ensure we all slept well and had somewhere to cool down. The pool area was great to catch the sun and provide entertainment for the children. Our host was wonderful and pointed out some great areas to visit, we really enjoyed the cable car into the national forest and some beautiful walking trails around the local area. We would definitely visit again!"
