"Louise came to pick us up at the airport within 10 minutes of phoning. Super quick. Quick check-in and Louise was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was exactly what we needed for 1 night and warm. Staff were on hand to offer help and guidance. I would recommend this property and will stay next time."

"The staff was exceptional! They were like family who really took great care of you and made you feel safe and loved. I would come here a thousand times and would love to live there. "Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. "
