"Was left stranded outside the gate with no access no instructions. Gate would not open even though wr drove up to it. Phone lines dead. Ample food and beverages are included. There's room for 6 visitors total, so the experience is intimate and the staff treat you like family. Definitely worth experiencing. They handled our transportation to and from Port Elizabeth Airport.

Great hotel tucked away high in the Zuurberg Pass, with awesome views of the valley and Addo Elephant NP. The hotel was built last century, and has the charm of an African Safari Lodge. The staff have been working there for years, and are great for whatever you need. Nice gardens to walk around.
