Péssimo atendimento de manobristas a recepcao, com raras exceções. Elevadores pequenos e com superlotação funcionam muito mal. Pessoal da recreação, as meninas educadas, mas os 2 rapazes super mal educados, foram etaristas com neu esposo que é pcd. Tudo carissimo para beber e comer. 10 reais uma garrafa de agua de 500 ml, 15 reais uma latinha de cerveja A piscina de borda infinita foi a salvação

Bom hotel

Foi bom no geral, mas tinha muita fila nos elevadores. Como nos não nos importamos em subir de escada tudo bem. Mas para quem tem alguma restrição fica complicado. Academia é boa e o café da manhã também.

Nao gostei do hotel e nao voltarei. Pontos negativos: superlotação. Hotel possui somente 2 elevadores que nao dao conta dos hóspedes. Filas enormes no cafe da manhã. Peca um pouco na limpeza. Pontos positivos: os funcionários. Todos, da recepção, restaurante, manobristas e camareiras extremamente atenciosos e dispostos a fazer o melhor, apesar dos pontos negativos elencados.

Mal dimensionado

Gostei bastante do apartamento. Mas o hotel em geral achei mal dimensionado. Os elevadores não chegam nem perto de atender a demanda, o restaurante é lotado e com poucos funcionários, então as mesas ficam eternamente grudentas. Fora que o uso exagerado de materiais descartáveis vai contra tudo que é preconizado atualmente. A comida é sem gosto e não vale o valor cobrado, mas dá pra relevar. A área de piscinas e jogos é bem pequena, fica meio muvucado, mas estava bem conservada.

Hotel não é um resort. O atendimento do pessoal do bar da piscina é ruim. Só tem dois elevadores pequenos no prédio inteiro que não dá conta da quantidade de hóspedes circulando nos horários de pico. No geral acho que tem hotéis melhores em Olímpia.

Hotel bom, limpeza boa. Poucos elevadores para a quantidade de pessoas. Café da manhã com copos e tijelas descartáveis o que é bem ruim. Na área das piscinas faltam cadeiras e guarda sol para os hospedes.

Experiência muito ruim. Muita fila no café da manhã. Faltavam muitos itens, com um salame., pão francês menor e melhor, a aparência do pão não era convidativa. Jantar , na primeira noite não tinha opção de carne, pedi um bife e negaram porque a cozinha estava sobrecarregava, sendo que de noite o jantar era vazio e tranquilo. O parque hot Beach sem condições eram tantas boias na sexta feira no rio que não tivemos mais ânimo de voltar nem no sábado nem no domingo, porque no hotel no sábado eram muitas pessoas chegando , então ficaria mais lotado ainda. Final das contas ficamos em um hotel da rede pagando muito mais caro e tudo que poderia oferecer não usamos. Poderia ter ficado em um hotel mais barato e não teríamos passado perrengue

Esperava um pouco mais!

Cafe da manhã limitado a um horário no meu caso eu so podia tomar cafe das 07 as 08. Troca de toalha da piscina ate as 11:00 somente. Recreação fraca, havia poucas atividades com horários pre definidos para a familia, diferente dos demais resorts. Havia uma goteira em cima do vaso sanitário. Não há atendimento do bar na area da piscina, você tem que ir buscar no balcão e demora pra ser atendido! Em uma das piscinas havia um sugador muito forte, risco grande para cabelos das meninas.

Excelente estadia. Hotel com boas instalações, incluindo academia, salão de jogos, brinquedoteca e piscina aquecida. Café da manhã e jantar bem gostoso e variado no regime de meia pensão. Dentro do esperado para o resort. Apenas 2 elevadores, nos horários de pico demorou bastante. Uma ressalva desagradável. Adquiri duas diárias, com acesso ilimitado ao parque, porém, para usar no dia do chekin antes do horário, foi cobrado uma taxa. depois do checkout (11h) se quiser usar o parque, tem que pagar uma taxa novamente. Então, se for reservar de sexta a domingo, o "acesso ilimitado" ao parque é somente no sábado, o que eu não fui informada no momento da reserva.

Muito bom, porém i Café da manhã é fraco.

Quarto e banheiro amplos, limpos e bonitos, piscinas aquecidas com ambiente muito arborizado e bonito. Adorei o silêncio na hora de dormir, uma das prioridades nas minhas escolhas em hotéis, além do conforto e espaço. Café da manhã deixou a desejar pelo preço da estadia. Pouca variedade de forma geral, pães iguais corrados de forma diferente, pista pequena de buffet, nos decepcionamos neste ponto infelizmente. Porem todo o restante gostei muito e voltaria. Espero que passem a oferecer Café da manhã digno de Resort

Desaconselho em feriado. Não há estrutura básica para os hóspedes: elevadores, filas no restaurante. Faltam funcionários. Há boa vontade mas não é suficiente. Uma pena.

Bom custo nos hotéis da rede hot beach

Ótimo custo benefício considerando a rede do hot beach, acesso gratuito ao parque com transporte, estacionamento também grátis. Um pouco chata a insistência de venda de investimentos pelos funcionários que ficam abordando em todos os locais. Além disso, no café da manhã e jantar era maior a oferta de copos e bowls de plástico, descartáveis, o que não condiz em nada com o personagem da marca, o Guarani (inclusive tem um teatro em que falam sobre a sustentabilidade para crianças, podia ser mais bem demostrado pelo hotel na prática) Fora isso, quartos e instalações confortáveis, café e jantar bons, piscina e parque excelentes.

Experiência positiva - voltaria com certeza!

A experiência da minha família foi excelente. Visitamos o hotel em baixa temporada e não sofremos nenhuma das reclamações relacionadas a lotação do café da manhã ou tempo de espera no check in ou no estacionamento. Muito pelo contrário. O café da manhã estava tranquilo e além dos itens do buffet, contava com ilha de omelete e tapioca. Quando necessitamos do carro, os manobristas o traziam em menos de 10min mas na maior parte das vezes, utilizamos a van do próprio hotel para ir até o parque. No mais, o atendimento de todos (recepção, restaurante, recreação) foi excelente. Não temos reclamações, apenas elogios.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Olímpia

Uma excelente opção de hospedagem na cidade dos parques aquáticos. Quartos amplos com bastante conforto e comodidades. A piscina do hotel é excelente e o café da manhã possui grande variedade de alimentos sendo servido em ambiente agradável. O estacionamento com manobrista e super prático. Os colaboradores foram prestativos e gentis.
