"First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

"Giusy, our host was very plesant and quick to respond with, check in, queries; also on whats app,etc. The Accommodation is spacious, clean, with an ample Kitchen and utilities. Outside I could park the car within a spacious private garden area which included outside dining furniture. We also by car had a superb seafood dinner at her nearby restaurant, right on the beach. Great place to stay, I would go back again."

"We were there for 4 days. The Hotel is really new, clean and has good Equipment. Though I was missing a washing machine or an iron. I liked that the gym was included as well as breakfast, especially continental breakfast, though it wasn't a lot to choose from. "We were greeted by Monia, she was very friendly and happy to help with our needs. The location was awesome just south of Pizzo, with both walking and ape rides into Pizzo, a short drive less than a couple minutes. The apartment was really awesome with great views, large balcony, inside great room sizes with kitchen with gas stove, and large refrigerator, complete with dishes and utensils for use. The grounds were greatly maintained, with a large outside pool right outside the rooms, and a few steps further was a private beach area with chairs and umbrellas and access to the sea. The train station was very close walking distance to get to Tropea and more. The property offered breakfast, lunch and dinner, mostly sandwiches and pizzas, with a minimal bar area. There was adequate parking for our vehicle and the property seemed very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. I felt is was a great location and property. Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful. We appreciate all of you, and will see you again."

"I found this property because I wanted to be closer to airport, what’s a gem. Very beautiful is just directly on the beach, high ceilings, big size room, hardwood floors, surrounded by mountains and sea, good breakfast. Very elegant. The owner is very warm and very attentive to the guests. Another gem is just 10 min away from this hotel - Terme Caronte 1716. Beautiful spa resort with mud, thermal water treatment run by amazing, warm and kind lady. I felt much better even after one session. Looking forward to come back !"

"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe"

"This hotel was an excellent experience. Staff are very friendly. The rooms have excellent air-conditioning. Well needed for hot summers. The pool is a great addition as well. All you can eat buffet was pretty good and then having a restaurant for a late night eat was a great addition. I highly recommend."
