"Arrived at the hotel around 11 am. Check in was quick and easy. Understanding we were coming from a long flight, the staff worked quickly to get us a room. While we were waiting, we were sat in the lobby, and, in the span of maybe 20-30 min, someone from the staff checked on us at least five times and brought us complementary coffee and water. The staff were exceptional throughout, with the exception of the front desk staff at check-out. Nonetheless, the experience was great overall. I would stay again."
