"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"The villa has an outstanding view of the sea, adding value at any time of the day, whether it’s a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The place is well-equipped with all necessary items, and everything is fully functional. Jean-Mark was very helpful, and we had great communication before and during our stay. There is a highway not far from the villa, but from our experience, it did not affect our stay at all, neither during the day nor at night. As the villa is situated higher on the hill compared to the main road, I suggest completing your shopping list in advance to avoid additional trips to the market. I also recommend getting a car to explore more places and beaches around."

"Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again."

"Interesting but not for everyone. We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. The restaurants that were suggested to us were closed on that day so we had to drive higher in the mountain to find a place to eat. There were only 3 restaurants open. We ate at Baci, it was excellent. In the morning we found out that 2 more couples had arrived after us. Breakfast was ONE croissant per person and ONE coffee, no refills. There was also yogurt. That was not what the pictures show on their advertisement. There was only a man who served us the coffee and croissant but never checked back on us. Also, we could not access the WiFi because the 2 passwords they gave us did not work. Beautiful place if you like an interesting place to visit. "
