"Trash/recycle everywhere, room/bathroom is dirty. Room badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom window is broken, mosquito gets in the room. The restaurant is okay, serve from 8am to 5pm only. Not even a room service after this hour. No refrigerator, WiFi, sheets dirty. I will not recommend to anybody from Westerners. The hotel pictures are misleading. "

"The property looks very nice in pictures, but it smells, dirty, the towels smells, the room smelled. Too many dogs and cats, they barked and fights all night. You have to watch where you’re walking or you will step in poop. It very deceiving."

"The owners and staff are such wonderful people. It has a beautiful view and going to Carmen or Catmon is close and easy. Short drive to the hot springs. "
