"The pool terrace was closed which was very unfortunate as the children wanted to swim. I had room 411 which was very spacious, bed was comfortable no complaints apart from it not having coffee facilities. However, we were part of a larger groups who stated our room was much nicer than there’s."

"It's 30 minutes outside of Barcelona and it's totally worth it ! The hotel is very nice with modern fixtures, but the best part of this hotel isn't the physical building, it's the employees ! When we arrived, the two girls at the front desk were AWESOME. and actually all of the employees were great & helped us with all of our requests. One thing you must understand, which I explained a few times to those traveling with me, don't judge a hotel by what you're used to in your country. At home all hotels have a mini fridge & microwave in the room, plus an ice machine somewhere in the hotel. I made sure our room had a/c before I booked it but I learned that having an a/c and being able to use it, are two different things. Let me explain. Even when it says that a room has a/c, it's not like in the USA where you control the room temperature. Our rooms weren't as cold as we wanted them and a quick call to the front desk revealed why. They have an a/c system but the hotel will only turn on the cold part in summer. So when we arrived on a warm week in almost Spring, the heater worked but the a/c cooling was turned off, so we had to open a window at night to cool down our room and it would stay cool (not cold) during the day because they have big strong windows that seal airtight as a ship. We'll be going back soon to say hi again, but we'll come in full summer so we can use the a/c correctly LOL. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La maison est très bien équipée et tout est pensé pour être confortable au quotidien. La literie est excellente, nous avons particulièrement bien dormi pendant tout le séjour. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire : une grande télévision, un grand canapé très confortable, une cuisine entièrement équipée, ainsi qu’une machine à laver, ce qui est vraiment pratique lorsqu’on reste plusieurs jours. Tout fonctionne parfaitement et les équipements sont de bonne qualité. Les extérieurs sont également très agréables et bien aménagés, parfaits pour profiter du soleil et passer du temps dehors. L’emplacement est aussi un vrai point positif, car il permet d’accéder facilement aux alentours. En résumé, c’est une maison confortable, bien équipée et idéale pour passer un séjour pratique et agréable. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Le portail est assez difficile à ouvrir et à fermer, notamment à cause des cailloux au sol qui le bloquent régulièrement, ce qui le rend peu pratique à l'utilisation. Dans l'une des salles de bain, la fenêtre semble condamnée. En essayant de l'ouvrir, nous avons constaté qu'elle est en réalité cassée et qu'elle s'est décrochée, ce qui ne permet pas de l'utiliser."

"Room was ok, however the bathtub to take a shower wasn’t looking very clean( had marks). The staff is very friendly, 24 hour reception, with helpful and welcoming staff. However they charge €11 for parking a night which in my opinion should’ve been lesser or free for guests. The ac worked fine, the bed was clean and comfortable."
