Located in a quiet area, you can fully enjoy this Provençal house that can accommodate 4 people, its swimming pool with secure access and its many amenities such as free wifi, air conditioning or free parking for 2 cars on site, all within walking distance of the center of the village of Ollioules.
This 85 m² apartment without adjoining on a plot of 615 m2 (the garage and one bedroom are not available for rent) will delight couples and family. Recently built, modern and well equipped, it will be the ideal place for a successful holiday.
Upstairs: a bedroom and a toilet
On the first floor: a bedroom, a bathroom (shower and bath), a living/dining room of 42m2, a toilet, the kitchen and a spacious bedroom.
It offers 2 bright bedrooms both containing a double bed (160x200cm and 140x190cm). The living room, decorated with care, opens onto the 20 m2 south-facing terrace. The kitchen and living room communicate with the terrace through enclosed bay windows for more comfort. The living room and bedrooms have exposed wooden beams bringing out a little more the warm side of the house. The kitchen is independent of the living room. It is well equipped and will allow you to cook whatever you like as if you were at home.
A bean coffee maker and a classic filter coffee maker for ground coffee are available according to your preferences.
A gas barbecue is available for safe outdoor cooking.
For convivial moments: a table tennis table, a dart board and petanque balls are provided (several bowling greens within a 2-minute walk).
The accommodation was equipped in 2025 with individually and centrally controlled electric roller shutters for more comfort. An alarm with its remote control is installed for more security.
Thanks to its free parking on the property, the car is no longer essential for shopping and daily entertainment. The first beaches are less than 15 minutes away by car. The A50 motorway is 5 minutes away allowing getaways further to the west or east of Toulon. 10 minutes from the train station of Ollioules / Sanary.
Travellers' access is easy.

I rent out this accommodation, which I live in all year round, for a few weeks during the summer period.
I care about my house. I therefore expect the greatest respect from travellers both for the accommodation itself and for the neighbourhood. This accommodations are non-smoking. It accepts one pet with the owner's agreement.
Cleaning is included (excluding hob, oven and microwave oven). We kindly ask you to throw away your rubbish and put away the clean dishes in their place. If this rule is not respected, a flat rate of €50 may be retained.
Any arrival outside the 3pm-10pm range must be agreed with the owner for the handover of the keys.
