Private: large garden 1'000 m2 with lawn. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 40 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m communal covered parking. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Balcony 6 m2, north facing position balcony 8 m2, south facing position, large terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2).
