We booked two rooms, one had blackout curtains, but the other did not, and it was bright in the room at 4:30 in the morning! The shower did not work, there was no hairdryer or iron in the room. The beds are terrible, the mattresses are like camping mattresses. The carpet was dirty and very old and stained. I would never recommend this hotel. I rented two nights and prepaid, or I would not have stayed a second...

Terrible stay - booked two rooms
"They are renovating this hotel, but they should NOT be booking rooms like this! The beds are terrible, the mattresses are like camping mattresses. The carpet was dirty and very old and stained. I would never recommend this hotel. I rented two nights and prepaid, or I would not have stayed a second night. We did not sleep well at all. It's no wonder there were so few guests. I wished I had taken pictures, as it was nothing like the pictures show here. Hotels.com, you let me down this time. Worse stay in my life. "
