"This accommodation is spacious and very well maintained and managed. Our unit (1C) was immediately above the Cellar which is used for exercise classes which do create a bit of noise, as does the La Comuna cafe, but the time of the classes weren't too intrusive (morning and early evening). Other units wouldn't have this issue. Generally a quite location just a short walk from the old town and all its bars and restaurants. Perfect location for seeing the city. Would come back, but would book a 2nd floor flat for more peace and quiet. It is important that clients are told that access details will come by WhatsApp on the day of arrival. I was concerned that I hadn't heard anything and that could have been avoided by clearer information by email or on WhatsApp in advance of arrival."
