"It was very quiet and peaceful, breakfast was nice, they have cut back from when I was there in 2019, but still ok, the man who takes your luggage to your room is not very friendly, not great for first impressions! Did have to ask a few times about room being cleaned and extra blankets as I was shearing with my son! Had a terrace room with jacuzzi bath, which we had to pay more money for, but the plug did not keep the water in! We did report this that man came who brought our luggage the first...

"This hotel is absolutely vile, its dirty, staff were very unhelpful, its advertised as all inclusive but had no coke available told its finished. Checked out after the first night and booked alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs"
