"So when I checked in I was made aware that there was no heat in the building due to an explosion in a power plant but was told there is hot water from a temporary water heater, next morning no hot water for showers very disappointed i wasn’t made aware of the issue before hand so I could have found an alternative hotel."

"Nice hotel and rooms. Only one container of coffee in the morning for a very large hotel, which ran out within a few minutes and then took ten minutes to be refilled. No toilet paper or soap in men’s bathroom in pool area. Pool and gym otherwise look nice."
