Welcome to Eagle's Nest Lodge, a chic and modern mountain home located in the iconic Olympic Valley of Lake Tahoe. This stunning layout boasts four spacious bedrooms, three large bathrooms, and an open plan living area that is perfect for entertaining. The main living area features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, and the stunning knotted wood dining table provides the perfect spot for gathering with friends and family.

INSIDE THE HOME

With soaring ceilings and windows that span the entire front of the house, Eagle’s Nest Lodge is a stunning vacation home that has been impeccably decorated and furnished from top to bottom. With a stunning kitchen, chic living room and dining room, the main floor living spaces are an entertainer’s dream. The main floor has three bedrooms, the primary with a gorgeous ensuite and two guest rooms furnished with queen-sized beds. On the lower floor, guests will find a second primary suite with a small sitting area and private, three-piece bathroom. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck to enjoy stunning views, comfortable lounge furniture, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. On the lower patio, guests have access to a hot tub, perfect for soaking after a long day of activities.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.

Spent the weekend here for a reggae fest. Awesome location, walkable to a host of food, coffee, lifts, bike rentals, etc... Clean, comfortable, great patio!

We had five adults and five children. The home is lovely and in a beautiful location. Lots of room for us to stretch out. The hot tub was a big hit. I would definitely recommend to others!

We loved the great room and hung out there quite a bit as a Group. Loved the games and puzzles at the house. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and water was clear. The house was just a short walk from Palisades Tahoe, which was convenient for the conference We attended there. We enjoyed seeing all the lake Tahoe beaches and hikes That were a short drive from this property.

We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day. Bathroom door didn't quite latch and it wouldn't have been great for toddlers, but for us it was great. We entertained a larger group for a couple meals and found the kitchen/bbq well stocked. And Palisades Tahoe is pretty fabulous any time of year.

This house is more modern then many houses for rent in Tahoe. It has a beautiful, remodeled kitchen (though the stove was a bit finicky), open bright living room, and lots of space. We are a family of 5 and spent a lot of time at the dining room table playing games and in the living room watching some shows. We barbecued every night and ate outside at the picnic table. Beds were comfortable too! I highly recommend staying here.

Great location -- wedding was 5-10 minutes walk away at Olympic Valley Stables. Guests staying in house did not know each other (they knew me), and layout of kitchen/living room made socializing easy. There was always someone in the hot tub -- a great feature! The kitchen had everything -- every time someone said "well, I bet there's not an X here", after a brief search, whoops, there was an X -- or a collection of X's of different sizes and shapes.

Great location. 2 of the bedrooms have very very squeaky beds. We ended up sleeping on the floor. Clean hot tub. One sliding-door of bedrooms is broken (cannot be locked or opened). Kitchen is well-stocked. Spider webs in some of the bedrooms.

My family of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 4 recently spent 5 nights Eagle's Nest Lodge. We enjoyed our stay but felt that the house really needed a deep cleaning. There were throw rugs/animal skin rugs/pillows that were lacking in cleanliness. We were there during a heat wave and having ceiling or floor fans in the house would have made the afternoons more enjoyable in the house. We opened windows at night but they were full of cob webs and needed cleaning. The pictures of the bedrooms were a little deceiving. Not as large as we had hoped for since we rented cribs for the little ones in our group. We did feel that all of the hard surfaces - kitchen, bathrooms - were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the appliances were in good condition. The location was great with plenty of outdoor activities and we enjoyed the beauty of the Lake Tahoe area.

The minute we walked in the door, we knew this home was special. It felt less like a rental and more like a family home. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful dishes, cutlery, and unique serving plates. The decor was both beautiful and functional. The home was spotless and in a beautiful location. We could have stayed another week! If I had to make one complaint, the bathrooms are a little outdated but still spotless and fully functional.

I wanted to do something special for my son's graduation since he was missing out on so much for his high school graduation. I rented this place for just my immediate household; my children. They were amazed. We had an awesome time here. They liked it so much that they didn't want to leave. We called and made reservations for extra days of stay. You won't regret staying at this gorgeous home!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was bright, clean and more than fairly kept up for a rental. The accommodations were one of the best we have ever rented. The towels were plentiful and plush. The appliances worked. This was the first time we ever had an actual Kitchen Aid mixer with all the baking pans available. Note that the dinner plates placed standing upright prevent the dishwasher spinners on the bottom and in the middle from moving. The deck was amazing with many areas to sit and relax which was perfect during COVID 19. Corn hole was a big hit. The BBQ made cooking easy. The hot tub was only half full but after a call to the rental agency, it was immediately addressed. Location couldn't be better. Must mention that the wifi was fast enough for folks to work and surf the web at the same time. It was on a quiet street, close to the biking trails that took us into Squaw Village in just minutes. 8 adults were more than comfortable in the house.

We REALLY enjoyed staying at The Eagle's Nest this week. We cooked every breakfast and dinner in-house during our stay and there was nothing missing in the kitchen that a good chef would need for any recipe. The Eagle's Nest felt more like staying at a 'rich Uncles' place for the weekend rather than a rental property. First class in every way.... all the way to the lux dishwasher. The only improvement 'wish list' we had was for a better toaster which ate a few english muffins. Location was great and about a 10 minute walk to the Skuaw Valley village and 15 min drive to Tahoe City or Truckee. Asheley at management company was very responsive and we would absolutely stay there again.

This place was great - beautiful and in a wonderful setting. We cooked plenty of meals, relaxed in the hot tub and otherwise relaxed outside on the deck. Beds were mostly cozy (some could use an update) and the place overall was very clean and impressively decorated. Looking forward to staying again some time.

We often go up to North Lake Tahoe for ski weekends with family friends, and this was the nicest place we stayed at. The home is brightly lit, conveniently located, and amazingly well stocked with a full kitchen. We were able to make home cooked meals each night, and it didn't matter that we forgot to bring salt or a potato masher. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again and again if we could.

The house was amazing! Beautiful furnishings and decor, very clean and well stocked. There were detailed check in and check out instructions provided and operating instructions for all appliances and hot tub. The location is extremely close to Squaw Valley resort and convenient for skiing/snowboarding. Our only complaint was that we ran out of toilet paper and was unable to reach anyone on the after hours line over the weekend. Minor hiccup, but I would still highly recommend this house for your vacation stay!
