Great location for skiing, easy access to the mountain and village- right out the door. Nice room hood size with all amenities. Room was a little dated but very clean- overall well worth it and no complaints.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and walkable to the ski village. My only complaint was being charged a "resort fee" when the pool and most of the hot tubs were unusable.

Super convenient to the ski/snowboard lifts, which are only steps from the hotel. Nicely remodelled lobby and common areas. Reasonably priced. Gave us a room upgrade at no extra charge. Will come back here!

Large size rooms with kitchenette was a lovely surprise! Bathroom shower was VERY low pressure. Impossible to shower but did not detract from our vacation. Would stay there again.

Great Condo/Hotel with an amazing location

With just steps away from Le Chamois, this condo/hotel is perfect for all vibes. Beware that most units do not have AC but the heater works just fine. Convenient for skiing and summer settings. The pool was under construction but highly recommend the hot tub, sauna and fitness center amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge. I really liked the decor in the main building and lobby area. The young man that checked us in was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was large, clean and nicely done. It would be a great place to stay during ski season (we were there in September). There are restaurants, bars, shopping and plenty of areas to just sit down and relax by a fire pit, all within walking distance. There was an event going on in the village while we were there, and we really enjoyed that we were able to walk to the village and not have to worry about driving. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We loved this Property, the only issue we had, was the staff was not very friendly, they need to learn how to engage with thier guests. If this was my business and staff were rude, I woujd fire them.

Great location. Unit is VERY dated and in need of some repairs and updates. It would be VERY cramped with 4 people. The main bed is a Murphy bed and 2nd bed is pull-out sofa. I would say this was a poor value for the money.

Everything was within walking distance. Located below the aeriel tram, to go to the top of the mountain. Breathtaking beatiful mountain veiws. We were dissapointed the pool and jacuzzi area were under construction. Our room was located next to the pool area. Construction started at 8 o'clock in the morning , very noisy. I wish we could have been located away from the pool area. We enjoyed our stay ,except for the pool construction.

The property has great amenities and very comfortable if you want to room share with friends or family. Its a little older but very nice accommodations. We were at a slightly off-season and it was a little bit light on staff. There’s really no one at the front desk and they don’t seem too happy when you ring the bell. I understand it’s not easy dealing with the public. At the same time if I’m being polite, I expect the same in return.

Great place, old school lodge/condos but has everything you need, kitchen gym, pool etc at Squaw Valley. Because these are homeowners condos,(most if not all) they tend to not be used all the time. It was dusty and had food crumbs in drawers. Tolerable and i cleaned it but they should do a wipe down before guests come even if it hasnt been used in a while.

Of course, ski in/ski out is key, but the room was noisy, due to poor construction, and the rooms being uncarpeted. The TV was the size of my computer monitor and likely 20-30 years old with a blurry picture. For the price paid of $319 total, we wouldn't come back.

This is a very well located property if you want to be near the village! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! We were disappointed when we arrived, the pool was closed for renovations and we had no idea. This was one of the reasons why we booked there again in the first place. It’s a lovely property. The main lodge where the check-in counter is, is absolutely stunning, renovated and beautiful. However it does not match the rooms. The rooms could use some updating. This was our second time at this location, our room this time was much better. The units are owner’s owned. Some are well appointed and some not as much. We booked a different kind of unit this time and we were more comfortable. We look forward to seeing you next summer! It is an overall great location to be at with family.

Great location! Have been coming to this property every summer for many years. Planned trip months in advance. We had 2 rooms plus extended family in another. We were informed a few weeks before our trip that the pool would be closed. Unfortunately at that point we couldn’t find anything else. We we’re staying for 6 days, 2 days into our trip the pool was finished. All the kids were begging to swim but the hotel would not allow it. Even though the pool and hot tubs were completely done they were touching up landscaping. There was no reason for us to not be able to swim. Over the years the condition of the rooms has gone way down. The amenities and services get less and less but the prices keep going up. The staff is not helpful or friendly. We arrived at 4:00pm check in time. Neither room was ready. One room just got moved around the other we had to wait. Even though it was only 15 minutes after sitting in a car for 7 hours that seems like a long time. Plus only one person at the desk at check in so we had to wait in line for another 15 minutes.
