"Spa was fantastic. Views are incredible. Staff was super helpful and spoke enough English for us to communicate. Would like to see the carpets in the main areas cleaned, there were stains that were off putting. Seemed like there were more things to do but were closed during my visit such as the indoor pool and karaoke rooms. "

I would recommend this hotel. The only negative is that the decor is dated, but that can add a little something extra to your stay to be honest. Our room, 318, had a great view of Mt Fuji."
