Inside, enjoy a full kitchen with everything you need: a Whirlpool gas oven, GE dishwasher, Electrolux washer and dryer, spice rack, and full knife set. The living area is perfect for relaxing, featuring a 43" Roku TV, two gaming chairs, a new fold-out couch that sleeps two comfortably, classic Super Nintendo and PlayStation 1 consoles, plus board games and a puzzle. For movie nights or streaming, a projector is also available to elevate your experience.

Both bedrooms include TVs, workstations, dressers, mirrors, ceiling fans with remotes, and closet space. One features bunk beds and a walk-in closet, while the other has curtains and blinds for added privacy. A portable adult-size cot offers extra sleeping space—comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Outside, unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the backyard space. Please note: while the hot tub is ready for use, parts of the backyard are under construction for future upgrades, so some areas may be unfinished.
