It was a great experience after a previous roach motel episode! Amenities restaurants pool, I was a little saddened but the “waterpark” but the slide was awesome kids loved it, hot tub was definitely oversized which made it easier to enjoy with others there as well!!

The room was large and clean, very comfortable. The outside of the building was marked well as Holiday Inn, but it was extremely confusing where the entrance was and where one should park. Also, if you dug in, it did state there was self parking but it was somewhat hidden that there was a cost for the parking. Also, I didn't notice until after that we could have requested a shuttle to a nearby venue, it would have been nice if that was advertised a little better too.

The property was updated, clean and rooms spacious. The location was nice. However... We had to wait over 20 minutes for a front desk associate, we finally found a maintenance staff that went to find someone. The water park hot tub bubbles did not work, the deepest the pool went was 4 ft. The slide stairs were very rusty, multiple pool chairs broken and unusable.

Stayed for 2 nights. You do have to pay $15 a night for parking, guess I missed that when booking. The location is great being right downtown and within walking distance of pretty much all of downtown. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the hallways were dark, dirty, and actually smelled pretty bad. I was a little worried what the room would be like when we were first walking down the hallway, but was pleasantly surprised. The pool area was okay. My 3 year old enjoyed the play structure and little slides, but it’s definitely showing its age. Overall our stay was okay, but I would probably stay elsewhere if we returned.

Rooms were spacious, nice big bathroom. The main reason why most families stay there I am guessing is the waterpark was not the best. Not everything was well maintained, it looked like it had seen better days. Also, the slide was great at first but then a few families came in with kids who just started flying down the slide not waiting for other kids, one family was letting their kid play in the bottom of the slide area- just accidents waiting to happen. The lady at check in wasn't real friendly either. Rooms and exterior were clean. Parking is not included and at night you can hear all the cars driving by, etc

A lot of random damage throughout to dry walls, kids table was broken in my room. The bathtub faucet was broken and unable to set a good temp in the tub. Hallways needed a good vacuum. Burger theory attached to hotel is beyond slow even with little patrons. Pool was ok, obvious wear and tear need to be taken care of, hot tub knob for the jets didn’t work so just a pool of warm water. Overall price through booking app is ok for what you get, kids didn’t notice anything but as an adult it was meh. I wouldn’t complain if I stayed again, but I’d certainly not pick this place first again in the state it is now. The staff were very pleasant in both the hotel and restaurant.
