This LaQuinta is very run down, dirty, scetchy, and not well maintained at all. The tub was filthy and had not been cleaned after the last guests stay, the floor was sticky, there was no toilet paper, the hand soap dispenser and shampoo dispensers were completely empty, there was a lot of noise from the traffic but thankfully the continuous fan option helped block some of the noise. Our room had a door to an adjacent room without a lock! There was a device that could stop the door from going completely into our room but after a 4" gap! The bed was right next to the opening where someone could actually reach our bed from the other room. We were glad there was nobody staying in the adjacent room. On the positive side, the pillows and beds (double not queen) were comfortable. Also, I paid the extra $10 to be able to cancel if needed. After seeing the room, we tried to cancel the 2nd night with Expedia and LaQuinta but still have not received a refund for the 2nd night.

Let me preface this review by saying we happened to travel to Omaha the weekend of the College World Series. All of the chains I would normally have stayed at doubled and tripled their nightly rates. I have stayed at LaQuintas before, but this one was sorely lacking. Multiple ice machines broken, keycard building door broken, no tub stopper, tv remote didn't work, filthy shower curtain, AC was loud as hell. The mattresses were comfortable and breakfast was same as everywhere else and pretty good. The location was fine but not great. This was a really loud hotel. It was a really old LaQuinta but it has not been maintained well or updated. Staff was nice at the front desk.

The entry way had visable sticky beverage spilled on tile . Couple pieces of garbage as well. An employee was sitting by front window on there cell phone. Breakfast area had several people waiting to eat and no employee slid the door open to let people know it was ready. My husband opened the door few min after 7am and the guests were thankful. We had asked for pool towels and were told they would bring them to us at the pool. No one came my husband walked to our room and retrieved ours. We found pink sticky stuff on our bedding and clearly was not from us. So that was gross. The women who checked us in was friendly. I’m pretty sure we will be very cautious to stay at this hotel chain in our future.

Our dog was welcome, but the building itself is sorely in need of repair. The doorknobs and even shower knobs had loose screws and nearly fell off when using them! The exterior door had a four inch gap rotted off. Sad mess

Very run down hotel, appeared dirty maybe be from age and not repairing. Tape holding feet of cabinets together. Stains on carpets, outlets that dont work. Shooters in hallway, trash outside the rooms, yellow mattress covers. Stained comforters. Didnt feel safe or that it was a good family enviornment.
