"My room was clean and neat. The only thing I would point out is that the hotel is built on a very steep hill. Getting from parking space to room could be difficult with mobility issues."

AC to our room/living room did not work Wouldn’t get below 76 and very stuffy We paid over $400 per night. Hotel said there wasn’t another room available that was 3 bedroom/other accommodations. Was told i couldn’t receive a refund."

"We have stayed here many times over the years. It is comfortable and a step above the typical motel/hotel. This time we were on the bottom floor and I feared we'd be bothered by the street/highway noise but we slept well. Quick check-in. Nice breakfast as usual with real plates and silverware, not Styrofoam. The location is great--right by the Tanger mall. We'll be back, I hope."
