"Beautiful hotel, very spacious room (the king bed could sleep 5-6 people!), very clean, excellent service. Location is great. Excellent value for the price - the hotel was inexpensive. Great location - near the castle. Fantastic place! Only negative - the breakfast wasn't good and was pricey, but there are some alternatives nearby. It is the one thing that can be improved."

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"
