"As a former resort manager (now retired) I just spent 9 nights at the hotel and I could not have been happier with my stay. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was an amazing, delicious treat every morning and the staff were simply wonderful- the true highlight of my stay. I live in hotels 9 months out of the year and a hotel can be simply a building unless it is staffed by people who make it feel like a 'home away from home', and this was most certainly the case. In that spirit I want to give a special thank you to Nancy in customer service and Ankit who not only cleaned my room but treated me like the most special of guests, it is staff like him that makes a hotel stay memorable. Not only would I give this hotel two thumbs up, I would heartily recommend it and would certainly consider a return visit!"

"The staff at Zorba restaurant led by Michael are outstanding. The staff at the front desk require further training. There is no clear management structure. The rooms, furniture and design are excellent. The location is perfect close to the airport and indirect communication with a beautiful beach."

"I stayed at this hotel for six nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, well maintained, and spacious enough to be comfortable for an extended stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and large markets, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, clearly experienced and always willing to help. I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing a late check-out at no extra charge, as my flight was late at night. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well equipped gym and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options, including Asian, Arabic, and English dishes, all of good quality. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. "

"Excellent hotel. Everywhere is spotless and smells clean and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely. Pool area is nice and the gym is good too. Islam is the man to ask if you need advice on tours or car rentals or anything actually! We would definitely stay here again. "
