The clean room, bedding, and new open-air bath were the best bathing time to feel the green and scent of the trees. The amount of food is appropriate and good. All-inclusive snacks are nice if there are more salty things. I'm grateful that I had a very comfortable and wonderful time. The staff were all smiling and very kind.

The place and location is beautiful. Rooms were big and amenities were accessible. FYI this place caters for locals and if you’re looking for adventurers, food sampling and authenticity this is the place for you. No Western or American breakfast here but I can promise you this… all thru the 3 nights we stayed here Breakfast and Dinner was awesome , delicious and we really enjoyed the food and the service as well. We lived in Japan several years ago and coming back to explore the area close to...

Extremely hospitable and helpful. Would definitely like to come again.

This hotel is very unique. I left something expensive behind and the staff had it delivered to my next hotel the following day. I would stay here again.

I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

clean, peaceful, right above to wakoshi station. shopping and eateries close by.

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

Great room. Small but clean and comfortable for the price. Great Japanese style breakfast included in the price.

I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service. We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. But we...

Great property centrally located

Without question, this was a five star stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and the property is immaculate. This is my second long stay at the property, and I will definitely be back!

The room was small but very clean and well appointed. The shower was great with good pressure and lots of hot water. EXCELLENT value! We would stay again.

Overall, everything was excellent, the breakfast was very good and varied, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and everything in order. Thank you
