"The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect! One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation. "

"Hotel La Palma was the most perfect hotel for our honeymoon. It’s so close to the shops and restaurants, and the ferry that takes you to the islands. The sky bar pool was incredible and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back! "
