"It was a very nice property right across from the lake, but is definitely in need of a facelift. The showers fixtures are in bad shape, but the tub was lovely. Needs fresh decor and bedding. The pillows were clearly old and stained. The owner lives in a converted garage right across from you, and will show up at any time. Which is fine, but he did have plumbers show up and park right behind my car which i thought was rude to the guest. Luckily they didnt stay long. Pictures are deceiving,...

"We had a wonderful stay here! The house was so cozy and had every amenity we could possibly need, and the short drive into TC made it easy to enjoy downtown but still feel secluded while we sat on the beach. Absolutely recommend and would stay again!"

"We had a fantastic time at this cottage!! Love how peaceful and secluded it is. After a day at the beach we came back to the cottage and put some Fleetwood Mac on the record player ( all provided!). Great memories for sure! This area of Michigan is just lovely. Can't wait for next summer! Thank You, Cottage in the woods!"
