First floor of the house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom is with double bed, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. There is a mini gym attached to this bedroom. The room has a sea view balcony.
Second bedroom has a double bed, sofa, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The room has a seaview balcony.

The third floor of the house is a small apartment with one bedroom with double bed, kitchen equipped with oven, stovetop, fridge and other kitchen utilities and one bathroom.

Outdoor area of the house has a beautiful sea view and consists of swimmming pool, sunbathing area with sun beds, outdoor table and chairs and BBQ.
