"Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! "

"The remodeling/upgrades done on this 1900’s apartment are well done. They’ve modernized the apartment while keeping the classic charm. While Downton Appleton goes to sleep early (unless you enjoy bar hopping), the block that this apartment is located has a number of fun little shops/coffeehouses/eateries. There is also a large YMCA behind this apartment which offers day passes if you accustom to a daily workout. One negative (which is out of the control of this apartment owner) is parking....

"Very clean, We just needed a place to stay for a wedding in town. Cheaper than hotels, close to venue. Queen bed too small when you are used to a King. Did not like the electronic mirror, nor tissue covers over the ceiling lights over main area. Blue tooth coffee maker smarter than me, so had to get coffee elsewhere. "

"This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished.
