We were there on a large event weekend and were worried that event parking would make our parking difficult. Maria made sure that the city kept our parking spot clear. Our room was furnished as an example of early 1900's and was very cute."

"This home is great! Just a short drive to Tampa (Busch Gardens/Aquarium) or the beach. If you have dinosaur lovers in the family, I recommend going to Dinosaur World (about a 35-40 minute drive). Some basic amenities are provided such as a coffee bar, plenty of bathroom towels, pool towels, sunscreen, hair dryer, and a portable crib. Beds were very comfortable. I do wish that the pool was heated for year-round use of the pool. Even though it was in the 80's during the day during our stay, the temps dropped to the high 40's at night and the pool water was ice cold, so we were unable to use it. But the lanai/pool area was beautiful! "

"Booked the stay because it was close to the ranch where we were hunting gators and hogs. It was a great place for us. Plenty of room, nice beds and well equipped. If you are not used to the local water, bottled water is a must. "
