"This was a great place for our group of 6 couples. Most bedrooms came with king size beds which everyone loved. The kitchens are more like kitchenettes- only stocked with bare minimum supplies and did not provide much room for preparing meals. There was also a ton of lady bugs inside. Communication with the property manager/host was prompt when we needed it, however, more information could be provided upon arrival which would have alleviated the need to get in contact with the host. "We booked the house for our daughter’s graduation from K State. It functioned really well for 9 adults for 3 days. It had everything we needed, including chairs and a grill outside, The property manager was very flexible and responsive. Location is super convenient to downtown and campus. Cute neighborhood. I would also add that there was a comment in another review about barking dogs next door: they did bark on occasion, but not excessively or aggressively. Not an issue for us at all."

"Nice place overall. If the upstairs is rented the downstairs can get a fair amount of noise though the floor. This is not an issue obviously if no one is upstairs. We were in Manhattan for graduation so clearly a busy time with minimal vacancies. Very good location. Beds were comfy."
