"Ein typisches Beispiel dafür, dass die bei der Buchung suggerierte Eindrücke von der Realität extrem abweichen. Es gab keine Gläser im Zimmer sondern nur Plastikbecher. Die Aussicht war eine Mauer. Wir waren 14 Tage dort. Es wurde uns kein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nur während wir im Zimmer waren. Schlecht bei Temperaturen von 35 grad. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia.
