"Prime location, great facility, but needs an update on checkin and policy information. The location and property was perfect for our stay -family of 4 in deluxe family suite. Its actually meant for about 6 people. Plus, it has a wonderful ocean view, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. According to Expedia checkin info, we were to get checkin information, such as access code, etc. But when contacting property, and expedia the day of, neither were helpful. "Nice that room had in-suite amenities like washer, microwave, and stove top, even if we didn’t use them during our short stay. Room itself was just okay, and not in the best shape. Bed was hard and small, wallpaper had tears around the room, and there was a bit of an odour. For one night and the price, the room wasn’t bad, but other than location (which was great), nothing really stood out."
