L'appartement nécessite un rafraichissement (pommeau de douche ne tenait pas, lampes de la chambres abimées, frigo rouillé) et un nettoyage à fond (l'encadrement de la tv, la hotte étaient collant, plinthes et bas de fenêtres assez sales). On voit que le ménage n'est jamais fait à fond. Pas de pinces à linge ni de cintres disponibles. Les mauvaises herbes envahissent un des deux terrains de tennis qui n'est par la même jamais balayé Points positifs: piscine propre, transats en nombre suffisant, propriété bien entretenue
