This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers 1,850 square feet of comfort, set on 2.5 serene acres. Every bedroom features stunning water views, creating a peaceful and picturesque experience from sunrise to sunset.

    Step outside and enjoy the private pier, an expansive deck, and sweeping views of the water. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee at sunrise or unwinding as the sun sets, this home offers a truly unique vantage point for both.

    For outdoor fun, Harbor House is fully equipped with 6 kayaks and a canoe (life jackets included), bikes, fishing poles, cornhole boards, a spikeball set, and crab pots. Paddle through calm waters, explore the scenic one-mile gravel road by bike or on foot, or simply relax and take in the surroundings at your own pace.

    The oversized deck provides plenty of space for lounging, sunbathing, and gathering with family and friends. Nestled along Winter Harbor, which opens to the Chesapeake Bay, the property offers breathtaking views in every direction.

House was the perfect choice for our family vacation!! The house itself is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Just as nice as the pictures, if not better. Wonderful Waterside Retreat

The view is absolutely beautiful. The home is very nicely decorated and included everything we needed plus more! We enjoyed our stay immensely! We were surrounded by wild life yet it was a short 10 minute drive to town. 5 stars! I highly recommend a stay at Harbor House.

Peaceful Waterfront Location

The home was just as pictured. It was spacious and clean. The location is remote and private but not too far from shopping. The water view is exceptional and you will certainly spend most of your time enjoying the view and waterfront location with abundant fish and crabs. We will definitely book again.

The location and fishing were great. Very nice house.very quiet. The house has smelly water that was not pleasant. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, & had amazing views from just about every window. It's well stocked with fun things like kayaks, bikes, cornhole, books, toys & boardgames. And if you want to try your hand at catching & cooking your own crab dinner, you have everything you need to do that too! My friends & I had a wonderful stay here & I bet you will too!

Great getaway!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Check in was easy and we received a quick response when asking questions. We enjoyed the included kayaks and the kids loved catching crabs. The adults enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock and just relaxing. There's a food Lion about 15 minutes away and Haven Beach is about the same distance. We loved how quiet it was at the house and will definitely visit again soon!

Lovely house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and the hosts are very accommodating. 5 minutes more or less from town that has grocery shopping, banks, a Post Office, and restaurants. Amazing place!

This house was amazing, clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the shed had lots of equipment to have lots of fun. You could spend days here just fishing, crabbing and swimming or kayaking, which is what we did. The area is quiet and the children could run around and play football. The hosts were lovely and communicated very well before and stater our stay. We couldn’t have wished for anything more and would highly recommend this house.

Weekend Getaway

We rented this home for a quiet weekend with kids and friends. The property did not disappoint. The location is wonderful. We were able to take our toddler on her first canoe ride. It was overcast for us but there is no doubt you will have a beautiful view of the nighttime sky. We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and well appointed. Amazing home with everything you need!

This home was perfect for our family of 7! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the kids loved being able to fish everyday and enjoy all the things outside. Our 5 year old loved the bunk room and the toys as well! The owners were great to work with whenever we had questions as well. We loved that it was away from all the busyness of the big cities but not too far for us to go and enjoy Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Thanks for opening your home to us for a great getaway!

The property is beautiful. The house was well kept and clean. The 4 teenage boys had plenty to do and kept busy kayaking and catching crabs. Minor plumbing issue was resolved quickly by hosts, who are very responsive. Wi-Fi is great but cell service is spotty. No bars. Actual phone calls were frequently dropped. Not a big issue, just something to know.

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one is among the best. It is clear that the owners want to provide a great experience for their guests, rather than just providing the bare minimum amenities as sometimes is the case. The property is beautifully situated on the water (beautiful sunrises and sunsets), well-maintained, stocked with lots of nice amenities (from crab traps to smart TVs to cornhole to triple-filtered water to firewood for the firepit to wireless internet to nice dining room with large table to accommodate 10 or 12 family members for meals, etc. etc. etc.). We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning next year.

Relaxing Family Thanksgiving Getaway

A little trouble finding the place in the dark, but what a lovely home and amazing views. Everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner and serve our family. We enjoyed crabbing (caught 4, but let them go :)). We went kayaking, even though it was a little cold. The Inlaws loved it too, they came down for dinner! We also made a bonfire and cooked s'mores. Thank you for sharing your home and for the wonderful memories. Would come again if we are in the area!

WONDERFUL WEEKEND GET AWAY

My family really enjoyed this weekend get away. My father is a avid fisherman but has been diagnosed with parkinsons this year and can no longer walk well, he was able to sit on the dock and fish all weekend and had such a relaxing time. He caught over 20 fish in just a few hours. My mom was able to watch him from the portch (for safety) while still enjoying relaxing and reading a book. We all had a great time and the host was extremely accomodating with a early check in and late check out.

A Christmas experience — memories are forever

We gifted our adult children and our grandchildren a stay at your home, along with tickets to Busch gardens and cash to shop at the Williamsburg outlets. It was a win win!! The kids had a blast doing what they enjoyed and we were blessed to stay behind and babysit our 5mo grandson. The house was PERFECT! When everyone was at the house, we played games, watched tv, admired the views, enjoyed the fire pit l, complete with s’mores!! We are family of beach bums but didn’t want to travel far. I am so glad I found your awesome home. The sunsets were amazing. We had everything we could have possibly needed (down to sound machines in ea bedroom). Space was perfect, and we loved the location. We hope to return. Thank you for making key Christmas a memorable one. I trust the memories made will last forever.
