Pets are allowed which is a huge plus. The room was very clean, the ice machine worked, the staff was friendly, and it was near Walmart and a few resturants. We were very satisfied.

Couldn't even stay here. It was so rundown and smelled of cigarettes. There were drug addicts hanging around this place as well. Didn't feel safe for my kids and I to stay. Walked in and right out.

From the outside the place looks pretty shabby. The parking lot has tire-eating potholes and the whole façade is in dire need of repair/updates. The lobby is equally shabby and has a distinct doggy odor. Our room was on the second floor, which was accessed by a steep staircase. Surprisingly, the room was pretty nice! The room was clean and big enough for the three of us and updated! The air-conditioning worked well. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Overall, we were happy with the room and the stay despite initial impressions.

There nothing unique about the facility, and we will not stay there again unless their customer service improves. It is appears that the facility is under renovation - this was not a major issue, the room was comfortable. But the staff, particularly the manager, response to issue was poor. There was no TV service during the stay. We called the front desk and the person who answered the phone claimed there was an outrage in the area. The fire/CO2 device was missing, vacant space with wiring hanging out of the space. These issues were reported to the manager at check out, she responded very nonchalantly and debated the fact that we were without TV service during the stay! Not impressed….

I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice- there is a lot in walking distance including a Denny's that's open till midnight and a movie theater and Applebee's across the street. 25 min drive to Cooperstown where we visited a winery and brewery. Location is great.
