This delightful apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Step inside to discover an inviting space ideal for relaxation after a busy day. With its unbeatable location just two miles from All-Star Village, less than one mile from Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta and within walking distance to downtown, this vacation rental is the perfect home base for your getaway.

The neighborhood is a mix of residential homes and small local businesses. Walgreens is right next door for convenient snacks, drinks or pharmacy needs. Walk a couple blocks to restaurants, coffee, bars and shops on Main Street.

You'll enter through a private entrance by walking upstairs to the 2nd floor. You'll have access to the entire, private apartment during your stay.

Cute, cozy 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of the building.

You can easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. For venturing further, you'll want a car. We have parking for one car available.

Parking will be in one of 2 designated spots, near the Walgreens next door or adjacent to the building. Guests will need to climb stairs and carry luggage up those stairs.

We are currently accepting reservations based on the Cooperstown All Star Village baseball schedule for the summer 2025, as follows:
