3 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom apartment in a 2-family house a block off Main Street on Division Street that sleeps 6. (Whole house sleeps 12) 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY!



The Space:

Permit #21-8027

This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms, a wrap around porch in the front and a picnic table w/ a grill in the backyard. "TRIPLE PLAY APT 2" is both a first and second level (fully air- conditioned) 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living room with a 30"-42" smart TV and two full baths (one on each floor). All bedrooms have 50" smart TV’s and a queen bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “TRIPLE PLAY APT 1” is on the right side and sleeps 6 as well.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Guest Access:

Each apartment has separate keys. There is a washer and dryer located in the downstairs bathroom of each apartment. The driveway is shared with Triple Play Apt 1 and the house next door. Please keep vehicles parked as far to the left (as close to the house) as possible and please do not block the dumpster. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.



Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820



Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives TRIPLE PLAY an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Great Stay

The inside of the property was clean and all the rooms had tv's and their own air conditioners. All three bedrooms had queen beds that were comfortable. It was nice to have 2 full baths and laundry. This property is about a 25 minute drive to dreams park and there is a nice downtown area that you can walk to for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. There is also a nice park down the street with a few walking paths for exercise.

Cooperstown Baseball stay

Our family stayed at this property while our son stayed at the bunks for his baseball tournament. It was clean, updated with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you needed. It had plenty of TV’s, off street parking and a driveway, multiple bathrooms and a full W/D. Thank you Tim, Jeff and Jen for being attentive and making this a perfect place to stay while we shuffled back and forth to All Star Village.

Perfect for our week at the All Star Village

Highly recommend this home - it was perfect for our family and the owners were wonderful. The house was in a great location - less than 10 min from All Star Village and a quick drive to the restaurants on Main Street. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with nice and seemingly new dishes, cookware, serving dishes and even plenty of tupperware for leftovers. Was thrilled to find a full size, practically new washer/dryer. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of space for all of our belongings. There was more amenities than I expected and did not have to worry about stocking any of the basics. A very pleasant surprise. No question that this house made our week easier and more enjoyable. Thank you!!

Perfect Location, close to town, and clean!

This property has been updated and was very clean. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us adults and we all had our own rooms with TV and air conditioners. The house had all the amenities needed and we only brought food, drinks and snacks. The location was perfect. My son was playing at All-Star Village and it was a short drive (7-10 mins) to the fields. Dick's sporting goods and Walmart were only about 5-7 mins away and made last minute requests from my ball player easy to fulfill. Our TV's did not work the first night (I am sure user error), but I texted the owner and immediately the following morning, he came and got them working. There were guests in the unit next door, but we never heard them. We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending the unit to others headed to Oneonta for the Cooperstown Tournament.
